By accessing or using Kort, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the 'Terms'). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. This may include your email, name, gender, and phone number. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information will be used only for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not share your information with any third party without your consent. Your phone number, if taken at any point, will be shared with the matchner once you're confirmed into the match. Similarly, your phone number will be shared with the acceptor once you confirm them into the match.

Matches

Users of Kort can create and accept matches. When a match is accepted, both the creator and the acceptor agree to share their basic personal info with each other. This exchange of information is intended to facilitate private collaboration and the execution of the match.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to engage in any illegal, offensive, or harmful conduct. You are responsible for all conduct and transactions that occur under your account.

Limitation of Liability

Kort is not responsible for the actions of users outside of the platform. Once a match is accepted, all subsequent activities, meetings, or collaborations are considered private arrangements between the parties involved. Kort does not oversee, monitor, or have any say in these activities.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
